Inside: A round-up of 27 easy soup recipes for cold fall and winter nights. Packed with variety, you’re sure to find a new go-to soup recipe!
I love soups waaaay more than my family does. Why can’t they understand how freaking delicious soup is?
Besides being delicious, I love how easy soups are (well, they should be easy, anyway). One pot wonders, soups can be easily reinvented with different toppings and sides.
Baguette, cornbread, tortilla chips, naan, cheddar cheese, sour cream, avocado, salads…
You get the idea. I’m a bit soup-obsessed, and I’m making it my mission to get the family on board this year.
While THIS super easy soup is beloved by just about everyone, the only other adored soup is THIS recipe, which is so time-consuming I only make it once or twice a year, if that.
So I asked my fellow bloggers to expand my repertoire of easy soups that we can try this fall and winter!
(Because if I’m going to persuade my family to like soups, they’d sure as heck better be easy ones.)

I hope you find a new soup to love from this easy soup recipe round-up!
P.S. If you can’t be bothered to cook (no shame here), we often have cartons of Costco’s tomato soup on hand throughout the cold months of the year to go with grilled cheese sandwiches.
